Our History

The Beta Gamma Chapter at the University of Louisville was founded on September 1, 1928.    

Our chapter began as the result of the Delta Zeta National organization accepting a local sorority at U of L called Phi Sigma Theta.  Since the time of our founding our chapter has graduated many amazing Delta Zeta alumnae who have made a difference in their communities and have continued to support our chapter.  We are a very strong, award-winning chapter with a legacy of an amazing sisterhood thanks to the women who have come before us!
